"The office staff is very hard to communicate with as well as hard to get correct information from. I recently received an email threatening to cancel my policy without receiving any info from me and when I returned their email I never received a response or acknowledgment of the email. Two weeks later, a letter stating my policy has been canceled showed up in the mail and Another two weeks later, I received a policy revision with a new policy renewal information. None of this was ever communicated to me via email or a phone call and I don’t think that’s the way a business should be ran. I’ve been a customer State Farm for 20 years and definitely do not feel. appreciated by this office!"
